FAQ

  • Why is my international shipping so high?
    • For orders that contain multiple types of products, international shipping can quickly add up. Due to shipping rates greatly varying from one province to the next within the same country, we haven't found the perfect solution. If shipping is greatly higher than the cost we will refund the balance after shipping the order. If you think your shipping is too high, feel free to email, or place the order and leave a note to request the price check; which will have the balance refunded at the time of shipping.
    • If you are from the UK/EU please check out UK webstore first, located at the top right of the page.
    • If you'd like your local record store to stock the record so you don't pay any shipping, they can and just need to know you want it. Please tell your local store to order through Traffic Entertainment or AEC.
  • When will my pre-order ship?
    • If an item is available for pre-order the product page should note the shipping start date. If you ordered multiple items together, the order will not ship until all items are cleared for shipment.
